Show Me Marketing 101 (operated by Lucas Guevara) offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon new subscription purchases. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Email us at hello@memarketing.app with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we’ll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Once approved, refunds typically arrive back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals after the 30-day window
After the initial 30-day window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net to stop future renewals; you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If a renewal charged in error or you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we’ll review it case-by-case with Paddle.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry over a short grace period and notify you to update your card. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be cancelled and access will end. We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
